So, wow. Wow. That was some drama, wow. Apparently I am taking it upon myself to talk like Bartok from Anastasia, idk why. The important thing here is everyone probably needs a place to come together to discuss things that went down and also figure out how everyone that saw/heard/was impacted by things are going to react and deal with...everything. There's been more than one bit of drama for some characters, and with the festival and Eight's Christmas coming up, it's a good time to figure out where everyone is. I fail at wording things, I am so so sorry.

Let's discuss and plot and handwave and do all sorts of awesome things.

Clara's having a rough time this month, after mirrorverse things (secrets coming out, the Master letting his drums loose in her head, watching Eleven die, watching Jamie die, then dying herself) and she's not dealing very well with what happened when the Master dropped his little Gallifrey bomb and Eleven was baited into arguing - mostly because she's been made to look foolish by the Master (which she doesn't handle well at all) and also because she feels Eleven essentially threw her affection for him and everything she's sacrificed and done for him in her face. She's really hurt by that, more than anything, and feels pretty worthless as an end result.

So the night when all that went down, Clara escaped to the stables to hide away from everything with Jamie. Eleven comes to apologize about everything the next day, and we're working on that right now, but I assume things will end relatively well. She's also going to be hanging out with Rory and being calm and awesome with him will help her feel better too.

For the purpose of the festival, Clara has agreed to help and Brax has gotten her to agree to caroling, so she'll be making a presence there and putting on a happy face. For Eight's holiday, she will be in much better spirits and will be giving everyone in the cast a gift of some kind. I will...be posting up what that in a separate entry once I finish deciding on things for everyone. That's not even the point of this.

BASICALLY CLARA IS IN A BAD PLACE BUT WILL BE REPRESSING AND PUTTING ON A HAPPY FACE ANYWAY. And only showing actual happiness to a select few individuals she is really close to.

...has essentially decided to avoid any further drama and any network posts that have anything to do with his castmates, just in case. Sorry, guys.

That said! He is not exactly avoiding them. I've got him on autopilot for my own sanity, but if you want to say your character visited Time&Tea/bumped into him out and about/did a thing, that is definitely ok! We can work out things that happen. And he's making an effort to be cheerful and not upset--no, not even at you, Eleven. It happened/happens. It's not ok, but it happened/happens, and he's fine. He's always fine.

He's still participating in Christmas, in fact I believe Tooth roped him into making cookies and whatever other treats he wants to make, and caroling. Shhh, Eight, he's got a great voice and it's not just him saying that. And of course he's still giving Ril her bracelet which should be cute and fluffy and possibly make Brax go into spasms of delight.

Also I believe he's going to be introducing Ril to the delights of snow, so if anyone wants to spot them horsing around in the snow like a couple of teenagers, that's a thing that's going to happen.

Spoilers are always fun, aren't they?

It's no surprise that Romana did not take the news about home very well. When she found out, it was Braxiatel that agreed to see her and she more or less had her breakdown. Still working on it but the log can be seen here. After that though she'll have kept to herself for the rest of the evening and then contact the TARDIS the next day to cancel their tea appointment.

Because of this she will be needing a few days to process all of this and get herself together. While she won't be avoiding others exactly, Romana isn't going to be seeking them out either. But on the off chance she runs into anyone she will pretend that nothing happened. She won't bring it up or talk about it, unless asked about it directly.

Unsure at this time if she would be attending Eight's Christmas gathering. If she does, I'm still up for that humorous idea of someone dragging her to it because it would be hilarious. Other than that, she will be around, exploring the festival and such.

Brax did not get involved because he knows better than to discuss serious matters with the Master. Nonetheless, he definitely lurked and talked around it, intercepting Clara when she seemed to have a nerve struck and taking Romana aside when he'd spotted she responded (which meant that he was a shoulder to cry on for her, something he's deeply ill at ease with) and then the Second Doctor, though less… successfully? Hoping to distract him.

He'd only broke down himself with Eleven in the Mirror Verse, so it's pretty raw.

And thus, he's largely ignoring it, beyond checking up on people, which amounts to bumping people and distracting them with Christmas. He hasn't bumped into Eleven yet, but he'll follow similar lines. And there was the comment on Harry's post, which helped him.

However, he's fundamentally not ok. Being social is feeling like walking up a steep hill with a thorn in his side. The notion that he'll soon break down in tears is with him constantly at the moment, even though he's probably looking little more than a bit tired. The only reason he's out and about at all is because of the festivities are both forcibly cheerful and busywork, else he'd have shut himself off completely and only come out when he's ready.

So he's involved himself in carolling, Eight's proposal, going to latch on to Six's and buying presents.

Has basically accepted this crazy by thinking "dude, I tried to kill the Doctor, I can't judge him for his bad decisions.' As such, he doesn't really JUDGE the Doctor for the Time War (which he learned from by the Master) as also, he was in a war himself, he knows how super easy it is to make bad decisions. But, in true Turlough fashion, he is going to deal with this by not talking with anybody, bottling everything up and sulking something fierce. Honestly, he's more angry about the War Doctor hiding his Doctorness than anything else.

He won't help set up the festival unless somebody drags him mostly cause Owen's helping to set up the festival already but he'll be walking around the festival, wearing his stupid mittens. He will DEFINITELY attend Eight's Christmas party and make a point to go and talk to all the Doctors cause dude, he really doesn't judge you, he's the king of bad decisions.

Jamie hasn't had the greatest month either, thanks to mirrorverse things. The fact that Two showed up made him happier than he'd been, but given a week later the network exploded with the whole Time War stuff it really didn't help matters much. He was very angry with Eleven for hurting Clara, because it came off as a callous disregard of her feelings, and that's one of the things that he has a big problem with (seriously, he had a big fight with Two over that in 'The Evil of the Daleks'). So he yelled at Eleven, Eleven hung up on him and things got to be more mess.

He did talk with Two to sort some things out, and there's a possibility of him being a little shocked over Victoria showing up, depending on if Pixle goes through with her turning up in the middle of the cookie-decorating party or not. If she does, he's going to have Two keep an eye on her or help get her settled ICly before the whole mess goes down on the network - but again that depends on when she turns up.

Either way he's going to wind up spending the night with Clara in the stables and then sort things out with Eleven the next day. And like Brandi said above, I am also assuming things will end relatively well there.

Other than that, he's going go shopping with the TARDIS for a recorder for Two, because even though he likes to try and hide it, it's not right for him not to have one. And he's got a light-up yoyo for Eleven, and I have some ideas for other things, but I need to do a list somewhere to sort out who all is getting what.

(Just to let you guys know I am open for suggestions for presents to give people so feel free to jump in and go 'hey, won't that be cool!'. You never know, I might use the idea.)

Also Clara will probably be able to talk him into caroling, and he'll try and drag Two along there, and he's helping out with setting up booths and getting a sleigh for the RoTG folks for the surprise mounts that little Jamie has procured. And there may be the possibility of him getting embroiled in a snowball fight and doing other wintery things - including possibly something having to do with Clara and mistletoe and gosh I have no idea what that might be. :3

THINGS AND STUFF. Um, I'll try to put into words how Eight feels.

He's just fed up. He doesn't blame anyone for the destruction of Gallifrey (mainly because he spent months thinking that it was his fault, and he knows how much that hurts), but everything is just such a big mess of blame and lies that he's just done. That burst of anger was mostly to try to get everyone to focus their anger on him and...it didn't really work because Eleven just went back to bickering with the Master, so...poo. And really, if anyone comes up to him and says "Rule 1, the Doctor lies", he's going to break something. Again.

He's mostly just mad at Eleven for being an ass lately. Well, and the Master, but he's always mad at the Master. You can pretty much handwave that it's all good between him and most of the cast. Eleven will definitely take a bit more work. Especially if Eleven continues to act as if he's done nothing wrong and everyone's just picking on him. :P

However, IT'S HOLIDAAAYYY TIIIIIME! Which has cheered him up quite a bit. And made him nervous, but that's normal for a guy about to propose. Especially one of the Doctors. He just doesn't do this often (well, not on purpose at least).

As for the festival, he's been roped into cooking (mainly frying Hannukah stuff) and will be enjoying the caroling. Also, if that thing where the Doctors start competing in lighting up the Welcome Halls, I'm still in for that. (I believe it was mentioned as a handwaved thing.)

ALSO, for the family get-together, yes everyone is invited, but if you don't want to participate, you don't have to. If you want something handwaved with me (even if you are going to participate anyway, if there's something about it you want handwaved) just let me know.

CHARLEY IS AVOIDING ALL DRAMA.

She and Eight have had a serious discussion about not keeping secrets in future and so forth, and she's back home, and she just... doesn't want to deal with any more drama.

That said, she's not going to be pushing anyone away if they come to her (mostly Clara or Ril, I can see doing this, honestly), and will help as best she can without getting neck deep in any interpersonal dramaz. Also, she's still in pretty regular contact with Ril and Six (given that she's working in their shop) and I don't doubt she's been at least sending invitations to come over for meals to Clara, whether or not she accepts.

Also to Turlough. One of these days she WILL get him to come over and have supper with them. O_O

As far as the festival, SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT EIGHT IS PLANNING despite half of Asgard knowing at this point. ;) Prep-wise, she'll probably be helping with decorating, and popping by to help Eight out and sample his delicious cooking.

→ Six runs into Eleven and they have a very brief spat about it.
→ Once they all return to real Asgard, Six goes fuck you guys I'm going home to stay with Ril at Time & Tea indefinitely.

Day 365

→ War Doc arrives. The TARDIS brings him to the house to meet Alice, Eleven meets him and goes FUCK YOU, ASGARD.

Day 366

→ Two arrives. Jamie is overjoyed. Everybody goes NO ONE TELL THE BABY spoilers he finds out in record time compared to the rest of the cast DAMN IT, MASTER.

All is quiet on the western front...

Day 370

→ Souji makes a post to ask the Doctors what they'd like to be called because no one told him this was a bad idea.
→ War responds and ends up saying he doesn't go by the Doctor although he's technically him. Everyone goes what the fuck.

→ Two says War is basically just another Time Lord in that case fuck you.
→ War calls Eleven a disappointment.

How much he's been Done With Everything these past few days is terrible. And it's not the good kind of Done With Everything. Done with the lying and the hiding of shit to the younger people. She didn't expect her conversations with the Master to cause so much drama buuut there it is. Now they all have to deal with it. After the explosion the TARDIS called the younger Docs in order to avert their attention away from Eleven because seriously, he's had some crap piled on him lately granted some of it is his own fault but she's protective of all her Thieves so yeah...

After the giant explosion she & Eleven found out that Alice had been friends with Tom fucking Riddle and that just is terrible. More shit happened between Snape&Eleven&Alice and she stepped in to hopefully calm people down. That's when she told Snape about the Master.

Because the Master is bad.

She essentially wants to form an alliance with the good HP guys and man the DW cast has the numbers to help keep an eye on Voldemort and Barty.

We can handwave her discussing this with everyone sort of individually/in small groups. And we can handwave building snowmen and going down to the Highwind to have talks with her. If anyone wants to actually play this out, we can make it happen.

But basically she's decided to fuck it all. She's going to eventually tell them all the truth about Gallifrey. Sometime in January probably. Everyone has to attend this get together - no exceptions. You can all suck up your emotions long enough to listen to her.


IN THE MEANTIME....

She will be attending the festival and helping people set up stuff. If anyone needs incentive to go to Eight's party, she's still willing to drag them to it.

Also...

Little!Jamie from the Rise of the Guardian cast seriously would have called all eight Doctors to ask them to help out decorating the welcome halls with Christmas lights that dance to music. WHICH WE CAN HANDWAVE or I can really do it. Whatever you want.

Right, so. Ril. Ril in Mirrorverse, came into exceptionally close contact with the Madness and has brought a shard of it home with her despite the beautiful job she and Six did in eradicating most of it. This is is a long con game thing, so no drama, yet and probably not for a few months. She's also going to start to partition her mind since she doesn't have Eth to offload to anymore, so she'll start crashing out/staying in bed longer. It's an unconscious safety mechanism.

She's not dealing well at all with dying. No, that's not true. She's not dealing well with Six dying. Basically, she pulled all of his pain over, added it to her own brain exploding and her body crushing itself and then stayed mentally linked with him until he was completely gone. And then she went out like a light. They died in Time & Tea, which means every time she walks downstairs or into the clinic, she's back in that moment. We're talking visual and sensory input and she's doing her best to bypass it, which is messing with her time/space sense and is resulting in her tenses getting messed up. This is in addition to Six and Eleven's fallout, which she shared with Six. No words, just feelings.

Before she could process that properly, they had the earthquake. Pre-earthquake she and Six had a discussion about children thanks to the fact that Ril spent most of the morning nauseous due to pre-earthquake vibrations which timing wise, could have been something else entirely since it's not she and Six were being careful. In the aftermath of the earthquake, one of Ril's first patients was a child who had been crushed by a wall crumbling on top of her. There was no way Ril could save her. Coping with that in the wake of their earlier conversation has been difficult. She's been throwing herself into baking and cooking and anything that will keep her busy, which bring us around to the huge blow up.

Watching her family do this is exhausting, hurtful, and makes her feel helpless because there's nothing she can do except hug them. And bake. It's frustrating, because she's literally supposed to be a peacemaker, that's one of her functions back home, and she's soaking up all the hurt and anger and sorrow and loss like an emotional sponge. She was extremely empathic before, so it makes her highly susceptible to emotion and atmosphere especially when she cares so deeply about the folks who've become her family.

In some respects moving out of Thor 103 is very good for her, since being with Six is just an incredible balm, and he's actually helping her heal by...just being himself. But she misses them all, too. So, she goes 'round to both houses at least once a day to check on them all. She's worried about Eleven right now, mostly, yes because he's been a jerk, but also because she can sense there's more to it than what it appears. That means she's in his hair in a quiet sort of way, maybe not really saying anything, just physically present (fake reading books at the store maybe) when she's not with Six.

As far as Ril and Six, Ril's not really keen to have him out her sight for too long. It makes her restless, for one thing. Dealing with having their newly formed bond shatter when Six died was...devastating on so many levels and the loss of it is something that keeps her pretty close to him. There's deffo elements of PTSD at work here and she's doing her best to cope. She'll not stop being her friendly self, with her hugs everywhere as she tries to help other people. That's what Ril does, and she'd rather focus on others more than herself.

Also, she rather eloquently said she loved Six. Not by name. And to Merope when Ril was attempting to explain how love ought to be. Six heard that and there was a hug. And everything was so adorable, jfc.

Snow! This is Ril's first time in snow ever and essentially:
This. <-- How do you walk on snow? And it's ridiculous, so she needs to be out in it and eventually there will be hilariousness and snowball fights and being thrown into snow drifts. I need stupid junk. Sorry. This is a ton of stuff. Questions? Plotting?

I don't know how much you know about Pandora but way back she was Imperiatrix, betrayed by Gallifrey after winning them a war, was executed and stuck in the dark part of the Matrix, becoming Dark Ambition sorta personified, tinkered with her family's genetics Romana becoming its child, tried to take over Romana, failing because a) Brax interceded by hypnotising it away, then trapping a fragment of her using his brain and b) Romana used her brain and an anomaly gobbling monster to defeat her.

This Christmas, the Master is happily playing the role of grinch and ruining everything for everyone. Cause he's a villain and that's his thaaaaang. So yeah, he's a drama magnet and always will be. Maybe crude but effective?) so maybe worry about that in the new year? Annnnd teaching villains to fence.

You all suck at keeping secrets, he found out five days in and in that hideous clown sweater, it makes me cry and laugh just thinking about it. Anyway!

Two has, in short succession experienced that mean Earthquake, finding out that War Doc refuses to call himself Doctor, and found out about Time War and everything. Not a fun first week for him. Somewhere in there, if Pixle was being serious, is having Victoria appear which is grand and makes Two a very happy man before he finds out about the Time War.

The earthquake was more startling than anything else and was just oh dear and is everyone alright than it was something that hurt him, mostly because I was just a tiny bit lost on it/it happened right when I was coming in that I sort of went and flopped on the floor with it. As for the whole War not being the Doctor thing, Two was like- well Toss summed it up, he was all fuck you that just makes you another Time Lord and you're a butt then. So that happened.

And then the big...blow up where everyone was in hideous sweaters and there was a lot of tears. Two— has really conflicting feelings about the entire thing because the choices were the universe and Gallifrey and knows he'd have gone with destroying it to save the universe and while really could we have tried to make sure the Daleks were dead is annoying, it also doesn't really negate how he'd have made the same choice, though admittedly after exhausting every other one because he wants to save everyone. Except maybe the mean Time Lords. They can die too. Oops. :| What really made Two angry about it was the fact that no one told him, and he felt like just because he's the youngest everyone wants to just look at him and go aw look at the innocent baby and that's annoying to him because excuse you he's an adult too. And really WHY CAN'T HE KNOW. His anger got mostly directed at Eleven, but he's annoyed at all the post-Time War doctors from keeping it from him/any of them who are pre-Time War. Which means he's like less annoyed at Eight and Six, but still is a little hrm about them. And Seven is his no one tells us about the thing bro and Loki bro so he's not annoyed at him. AND HE REFUSES TO BE MAD AT THE TARDIS. Because he can. Jamie also told him about what happens at home with regards to him and Zoe, but not the when and Two told the TARDIS to not tell him how long he has left at home with Jamie and Zoe before they get their memories wiped. I mean I had a legitimate reason, being that I was travelling from Milan back to Canada over the course of ... basically an entire day. Ugh 9 hour flights and even more wait-time.

Mirrorverse!Asgard was shit okay. Shit for everyone. Here's a breakdown of what happened. also L O L what date order. it's most chronological uhh and possibly overlapping shh it's rp land

➞ blabbed to Charley about sleeping with Eight and having a pregnancy scare (sorry about that snowball). subsequently banned from the who!house.
➞ runs into barty junior and nearly 4th walls him woops. results in him getting suspicious and apparating them to the master and being like hey look magic.

result: crutio'd/tortured a bit
➞ runs into the master as he's dying, has the drums shoved in her head, things that are not okay
➞ saves danielle from blowing herself up.

result: near-fatal injury to her side.

➞ note: this is kept secret beyond danielle's knowing.
➞ sees eleven die. yells at alice, oops.

➞ result: vicious nightmares
➞ secludes herself after losing track of Nine
➞ dies a slow death due to the now very fatal (untreated) injury. okay not that slow, the world collapsed before she could get to the check point but people don't know that. technically she was saving danielle as well, and while successful, didn't manage to save herself either.

BACK IN ASGARD the real one I mean. It's not gone much better. She's had horrible nightmares which ended up in her midnight texting eleven for a week straight sorry bro. she's keeping to herself a lot, still feels extremely guilty over things.

War Doctor is having fun, it's all shiny and sparkles he loves it. Well, not. So far he's been like a cat among pigeons. His whole "call me John" schtick lasted two days, since some characters just didn't buy it. Looking at you TARDIS. It's hard calling yourself one thing and someone else calling you something different. He also didn't know what the post-war crew thought of him, so had no issue stating who he was.

Either way he mentioned he was disappointed with Eleven, mainly because Eleven mentioned along the lines that he should have hidden who he was and spoken to no-one. He's disappointed he regenerates into a butt. Nine was civil so Eleven has no excuse :P

Then Master drama went down, War Doc was just watching until he heard daleks had survived. He's not sure how to take that one, so he's gone on a journey of self discovery. More like just backpacking around Asgard. He can normally be found loitering in the park watching the world go by. He knows the Doctors need to sort themselves out without his face being around like a big fat reminder of shit that's happened. That and he only just had pressed that button* before coming to Asgard, so the peace and quiet to mourn will be nice.

Not for long though, the War Doctor has offered to help the Christmas things, he'll be helping with the cooking (which will be tragic) and also with Jamie's secret project™
