Who Terrace (totally not the official name)

So, here's the deal!
Our modly mods, in their infinite wisdom (or to spare their sanity so we stop playing musical houses and giving them more modwork), have decided to allow us to have one big place that we can all fit in. Now, our original idea was an empty warehouse somewhere. The mods have given us something better: a block of terraced row houses for our characters to renovate, knock down walls and turn into one big house. The picture above was the one Faith used as an example of what it would look like, so that's a fairly accurate representation. (Blue doors and all!)
Here's where our responsibilities kick in.
- Our characters do have to actually work on renovating the place. It's not going to be pre-made for us. I'm sure not every detail has to be threaded out, but at least an effort to show our characters working would be great. (Besides, a chance to build up CR if we want our characters to hire other Travellers who might have skills we do not, or simply don't have the manpower for.)
- This is going to be expensive. Besides paying for the materials and manpower to do the renovations, our characters do still have to pay rent for it. (And, you know, still afford food and other amenities.) Which means everyone has to pitch in. Which means everyone needs to get a job. (I don't know about the children. That's something I still have to ask Faith, but I think she went to bed. At the very least all the adults have to get a job.)
So, let's use this post to discuss the house, but first and foremost, we need everyone in the cast to put in a comment with two things:
- Does your character have interest in living in this building?
- Does your character have a paying job? (Don't stress if they don't have one yet, I just want a count of who already has one and who doesn't.)

Answers to the Questions
1. Does your character even want to do this?
2. If they do, do they have a paying job yet?

2: He does have a job working in the stables and also occasionally does the delivery service thing because he has a handy power for that. So yes, he has that - and can put in for the level three monetary shrine blessing once an OOC month (at least at this point in time, I've no idea if that'll change in the future.)
3. There is no three, I just felt like putting this here.

2. She doesn't have one yet. Someone is going to have to push her to get one a little though and give her some ideas on it because she's far too distracted by exploring still to even think of a job.

2. Technically she has three jobs though she only gets paid for one.

She helps out at the clinic after school but idk if that would be paid or not. Regardless, there is that. And she would help out in other ways, with housework - cleaning and dishes etc sort of thing.

2. Yes!
Re: Answers to the Questions
2. She has 2 paying jobs, so she could probably help out as far as the kids are concerned.

2. Yes he has a job at the library. It's probably not a high-paying job, because library, BUT STILL, he does have an income and can chip in.

The characters aren't homophobic, they just don't want sex out in the public spaces where kids could walk in. That's true of any of the couples. The only reason they were pointed out was because of the jokes about Jack taking Ianto through all the rooms of the house to have sex. It has nothing to do with them being two men and more to do with Jack being...well...Jack.

2. Yup! Jack does tech and tech repair work, so he's covered.
WRONG JOURNAL BUT STILL ME
I'M NOT SAYING IT'S A DEALBREAKER FOR HIM. Exactly. But if they do move in, don't expect their habits not to change all that much. Sorry kids/housemates/everyone. In his defense, despite being in public spaces, they all start out as private moments...

2. He does not, but I'm willing to work on finding him one for this purpose. /o/

1: SORRY GUYS but Turlough will not want to move in because that is way too many people and he enjoys living in the welcome hall (even if his roomie is Moran). However, he'll visit a lot/help with renovation

2. Uhh, nearly, yes, sort of. He'll have one very soon if he doesn't already.
not the right account but whatever
and thought I should put it down in writingthat they don't have to knock down all the walls to make one big place. They could easily keep one or two units separate for those who need a bit of space. That way they'd be close by but have a bit of separation.
