March State of the RP/Plotting

March has arrived, so it's time to get the cast squared away with what's going on this month. Use this post to let everyone know what's going on in your character's life and what you have planned for the events and beyond.

Well, Six will spend the first few days of March (aka, as long as it amuses me) calling people by the wrong names. Everyone not himself gets the names of other companions he's had over the years, and his other selves get the name of their respective actors. If anyone had a preference for name, tell me here; otherwise, they'll be picked at random as I thread with people.

As for the events... Six will definitely be at the funeral, but he'll probably stay mostly away from the alcohol... though he'll also be with Ril, so. Ahem. He will also be receiving his blue coat from home so you can stop complaining about the colors. Also no burning The Coat, he still wants to keep that for Reasons.

I'll play burning bridges by ear, he'll be around and trying to help people and probably trying to make sure none of the healer-types of his friends and other selves don't overextend themselves.

Oh yes, with any luck Ril and Six will be moving back into one of the Who houses, which one depends on which has space for them. Hopefully that will probably happen before the funeral.

Call him Miles or Julius, Brax will think he's being teased for a minute before realising it's the fates that's teasing him.

Turlough will be spending the funeral having a couple of drinks and just being a bit depressed....because he's getting the Black Guardian rock from home. And then, this will lead to him being cursed for about two days after the funeral. Turlough's curse will be him hallucinating the Black Guardian talking to him, so....uh.....any Doctors want to have Turlough attempt to kill them?

I will also play burning bridges by ear, but he'll be running around, trying to help.

Irving can be there if you want him to either face palm at ridiculous attempts at murder or point out that 'hey, this is my way of doing things'.

So, before anything starts she is going to be looking after her Doctors and the strays affected by Nine's departure. And probably harassing the War Doctor here soon.

The TARDIS will go to the funeral but probably won't drink too much. She will allow the natives to get vaguely intimate with her (because what is personal space). So large parts of her body will painted and she'll have flowers and dancing and all those things.

I haven't decided what she'll get from the funeral events. Maybe the outer shell of her blue box. Maybe I'll go seriously old-school again and give her the real shell of a TARDIS. I might ask if I can have a non-functional console inside.

She is going to get involved in Alice's plan to seek out the dragons too. So there's energy drains to look forward to in the future.

As for Burning Bridges, I'll play that by ear because I have no idea what I'm going to do for it.

❖ I'm thinking Thor 103 will have space for Ril and Six, so they ought to be back with folks soonish -- first week of March, maybe.
❖ March 7th; D414, evening -- The headache she'd woken up with, and that she'd been ignoring all day, will grow increasingly worse. She'll also have been washing the same cup for about fifteen minutes straight, wind up with a horrible nosebleed-- and this will ICly establish the fact that she'll need weekly healings to keep whatever it is that she has at bay.
❖ Ril will go the the funeral thing, not drink anything, but be amused at the similarities to her own folk, as they too, celebrate the dead by throwing a massive party.
❖ Burning Bridges -- Ril would want to help, she always does. (But she'd also look for other ways than confrontation.) That said, if any of her folk are going, she will be going. Fight her. Seriously. Do it. She's going.
❖ Wedding planning. Needs to happen. And Ril will be finishing her gown, which means she might need another pair of hands at some point. I think she'll be getting ceremonial (edible shut up, Jack) paints (gold; tastes sorta citrusy and red; tastes bright an spicy) and brushes from home as her item. Though I might lean toward a traditional Antedan red and gold coat for our Sixth Doctor. Possibly.

...or she could make his coat. Like...the coat he has now, only in reds and golds.

Someone should probably tell the TARDIS about this marriage. Not that she'll be unhappy like she was with Eight and Charley. But she's good with sewing and would be more than happy to help.

My comment for the plot is here, which more or less amounts to "he will be around and probably having a drink and doing stuff and or things for the battle part of the month". But he will probably be attached to Clara at the hip if she goes and maybe bringing up the "g" word with her, although I might do that separately. Dunno, yet.

BUT. I would really like him to wind up with flowers in his hair at the funeral, so if one of you guys would be willing to make it happen I will love you forever.

Hmmm. With Kate, she'll just be figuring out all the various Doctors and their relationship, because that's a serious hot mess right there.

For her item from home, I'm thinking of her just having a photo of her dad turn up. Other than that, she might partake in a drink at the funeral, but she will mostly be reacting, until I can get her a little more established, so if anyone wants her for anything, she's yours.

Welllllll as far as Eleven's personal life goes he's still dealing with romance chaos. And ending today he's also cursed to be from The Eleventh Hour, right after regeneration, but I'm pretty sure you all know that now.

Otherwiiiise, he'll be at the funeral, of course. No drinking, though. And I don't yet know what to give him from home.

As always, though, I'm pretty much only playing by ear. For Burning Bridges he'll hop on this train and get involved if he can.

Brax will be properly involved in the funeral, consenting to a flower crown, but not paint. Still have no clue what to get him. I thought Gallifreyan chess set but it's a bit generic, frankly.

And as far as the event goes, he"ll be involved much as he usually is, advising and being a rock.

Also, there's still his ACTUAL REAL LIFE DATE to have with Romana which is exciting for him.

River will most likely do the following during March (or at least I'd like her to do them):

- Working at the station, getting to know Romana, Brax and Turlough better

- Attending the funeral, where she'll try to cheer up (herself and people she loves) the way the locals do. May or may not succeed. Not yet sure what she should have from home. My mind keeps going back to the sonic blaster, which I don't think the Gods would approve ...

- Body swap with Jack? Maybe? If it is to happen it should occur between the funeral and the second event

Other than that: Currently wide open. Let's do stuff.

Clara will definitely be involved with the funeral, although I haven't planned to what extent just yet. But she'll definitely be around and participating, if someone wants to do a thing. Also, during the giant commotion, if there is a movement to fight, Clara is going to step in and overcome the newfound fear of her powers and actually use them again despite being horrified of what might happen.

The item of hers that's showing back up is her mom's 101 Places to See book, complete with the leaf that belonged to her parents. It's pretty much her most prized possession, apart from her mother's ring,

Other than that, I'm going to have her dealing with the loss of Nine and War. They were both Doctors that she was really close to, and War's loss in particular is going to upset her. So maybe someone to talk to about that would be awesome because otherwise she'll just bottle it up.

I have no solid fix plans for this month EXCEPT I'm hoping to have level three body control maybe half way through the month. If my hand gets better soon anyway. So if anyone wants to fuel off some negative CR before that or pick a fight or just ANYTHING then let me know cause I'm hoping to start doing more with the Master, villain wise, and anyone willing would be lovely cause casts are always the best to plot in from the start. If not, no worries. I don't want to harsh anyone's flow in the game :D always feel free to ignore this dork if his chaos is too much for you.

But yeah, he'll be at the funeral for fun and like I said, I'm not making any fixed plans as of yet because I kind of want to see how the poll goes.

Well, a lot of things depend on the timing of Charley disappearing from Asgard for a while. I know Alex and Mat had discussed that they need to have Six and Charley talk first before she goes. And I believe the discussion was to start today or tomorrow, but I don't know when the dropping is actually going to be.

So, TL;DR version: this is all up in the air as to timing and his mindset. He could be fine, or he could be completely shut down. I dunno yet.

I do know that when it does happen, IF he doesn't have to be somewhere to help, he'll leave for Utgard for a few days. He's not telling anyone beforehand. He'll stick around for a couple days just in case what happened last time happens again (where she was back the next day). When she doesn't appear, he'll leave notes in the wee hours for any adults in House 2 to look after Clem for a few days, then probably a note for Clem to be a good girl for everyone and that he'll be okay. He'll also make it very clear in his note that he doesn't want anyone following. Not even the TARDIS. He wants absolute solitude for a few days. He'll make it up to the old girl when he gets back.

Like I said, I have no clue when that's happening. If it happens during the time of the funeral, he'll probably skip out while everyone's drunk and having fun. However, if it happens during the Burning Bridges event, he'll stay and leave right after. He knows better than to sulk off when people may need him. But he'll then leave right after.

And when he gets back, he will still not be in the greatest of moods. Think a slightly toned-down version of how much of a dick he was in Scherzo.

Four here will be going to the remembrance thing/drinking party and will... do... something for the other event probably.

I may also send him home for an update near the end of the month, because I keep find myself trying to reference things that he... hasn't actually been through, and that should help alleviate the problem somewhat.

I literally just reclaimed Seven like two days ago so! He'll be getting in touch with folks first >>;; I gotta figure out how to do that.

He'll also probably hit the remembrance thing, and I'm not sure what on the other event yet, I haven't decided. I do know he'll be trying to keep an eye on Hex though because of reasons.
